James Cooney has practiced law for over 40 years with a broad background in civil litigation, ranging from construction law and B2B disputes to trust and estates litigation. Ryan Cooney has concentrated his practice in commercial bankruptcy and out-of-court remedies for distressed companies. He spent his career with the renowned Robert O Lampl Law Office until the passing of Mr. Lampl in 2022. James also had worked for the Lampl firm in recent years and joined forces with Ryan to establish their own law practice, The Cooney Law Offices.
Having litigated every manner of business dispute and rescued many businesses from the brink of insolvency, our attorneys also provide front-end business advice and representation in business formation, contracts and transactions.
